How to use & breathe mindfully

Release the tension you may be holding in your jaw and mouth.

Follow the guided breathing cycle:
1) Green Buddha: Inhale through nose
2) Purple Buddha: Hold
3) Blue Buddha: Exhale through mouth

It will take practice to get used to and realize the full benefits of mindful breathing.
