How to use & breathe mindfully
Release the tension you may be holding in your jaw and mouth.
Follow the guided breathing cycle:
1) Green Buddha: Inhale through nose
2) Purple Buddha: Hold
3) Blue Buddha: Exhale through mouth
It will take practice to get used to and realize the full benefits of mindful breathing.

The Mindsight Breathing Buddha is powered by a rechargeable Li-Ion battery (included) and can be charged with the provided USB-C cable.
How long does it take to charge? How long will batteries last?
It takes around 3hrs to fully charge. The battery should last around 3 months with daily use of 10 mins.
Does it make sound?
No, the Breathing Buddha does NOT make sound
Can I reprogram or change the 2 breathing cycles?
No, the breathing cycles and colors cannot be changed.
Is there a way to change the brightness?
Yes, simply tap on a hard surface and the brightness will increase/decrease (there are 2 levels)
Does this require a phone or an app?
No! That is one of the best things about it, there are no phones or apps required!
