Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Processing time: 1-3 business days before shipment. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.

Customers outside the U.S. should purchase our products through Amazon.com

3. Shipping Options and Rates

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days after dispatch.

  • Free Shipping: on U.S. orders over $75.

  • Flat rate: $7.00 for standard orders under the free-shipping threshold.

4. Tracking and Confirmation

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you don’t see it within 48 hours after shipment, check your spam folder or contact us at [insert email].

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Report missing or damaged orders within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund when verified.

6. Address Accuracy

Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Order Changes or Cancellations

Requests for address changes or cancellations must be made before the order ships. After dispatch, you may need to wait for delivery and initiate a return instead.

8. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy at any time. Updates will appear here with a new “Last updated” date.
