If your Lockbox does not unlock after a timer ends or after entering an override code, the box has likely been “overstuffed”. Press down firmly on the lid, re-lock (press and hold the middle button for 5 seconds), and then enter the override code: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right (Standard Mode only).

The internal battery is highly efficient and can last several weeks per charge, depending on how often you use it. You’ll receive a low-battery indicator on the screen when it’s time to recharge using the included cable.
