How To Use It

1. Place non-phone items (snacks, credit cards, remotes, etc.) into the Timed Lock Box.
2. Place your phone into the Phone Lock Box when you want its dedicated lock period.
3. Choose lock modes and timers on each box (Standard, Fortress, etc.).
4. Start timers and lock.
5. Use override codes or emergency support if necessary (depending on mode).
6. When timers expire, you regain access to both boxes.

FAQ

1. My box won't unlock!

If your Lockbox does not unlock after a timer ends or after entering an override code, the box has likely been “overstuffed”. Press down firmly on the lid, re-lock (press and hold the middle button for 5 seconds), and then enter the override code: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right (Standard Mode only).

2. Help, I accidentally set a Fortress Mode timer!

If it was a genuine mistake or emergency, contact us using the form above to request an emergency override code. We’ll respond as soon as we can.

3. Can you block me from receiving an override code?

Yes, we can help with that. Contact us via email and we’ll disable override code delivery for your address.

4. Where can I find the full instruction manual?

5. Why did my timer get cancelled?

Once a timer is set and the middle button is pressed, the screen blinks for 15 seconds. Pressing any button during this countdown cancels the timer and requires you to re-enter it.

Can the two boxes’ timers be synced?

Yes — you can set matching timers (same mode and duration) on both units manually so they lock and unlock together. We may support auto-sync in the future.

What happens if one box unlocks first?

They operate independently. If the Phone Lock Box’s timer ends first, you regain phone access while the Timed Lock Box may still remain locked until its timer expires.

Is there an override code for both boxes?

Yes, each box has its own override code (if in a mode that allows it). In Fortress modes (if enabled), override may be blocked. Contact support for emergency override for each box separately.

Can I return part of the bundle?

No — the bundle is sold as a set. Returns must include both boxes in original condition.

Are batteries included?

Yes — both boxes come with batteries preinstalled (or included) so you can start using them immediately.
