The Wellness Tracker is USB-C rechargeable and lasts 8–10 days per charge, depending on usage.
3. Does it connect to an app or phone?
No — it’s intentionally screen-free. All tracking (weekly activities, daily streaks, and lifetime progress) is built directly into the device.
4. Can I reset or customize my tracking?
Yes. You can manually reset your 7-day period at any time to match your personal routine or start a new challenge.
5. Can I adjust the sounds or volume?
Yes. You can mute or unmute gentle chime sounds for timer completion or progress milestones using the built-in control button.
