1. Choose which style (Buddha, Pebble, Sloth) you want to use at a moment.
2. Set mode: Sound (gentle ambient nature tones or cues) or No Sound (just light guide).
3. Select breathing pattern (e.g. 5-5, box breath, 4-7-8, etc.).
4. Follow the light pattern — inhale/hold/exhale as the light expands, holds, contracts.
5. Use for 1–10 minutes (or more) daily as fits your routine.
6. Switch between styles or sound/no sound variants depending on mood or setting.

1. My Buddha is charging but won't turn on

If you see a red or green charging light yet the button underneath does not power the unit, you have a faulty Buddha. Contact us with your order number and we’ll ship a free replacement—no returns required.

2. How do I use it & breathe mindfully?

Relax your jaw. Then follow the light: 

1) Green – inhale through the nose
2) Purple – hold
3) Blue – exhale through the mouth Consistency is key—the more you practice, the deeper the calm.

4. How do I charge it? Are batteries replaceable?
